Keith J. Pennick
Keith Pennick is a seasoned attorney with deep roots in Missouri and Kansas. Born in Kansas City and raised in Excelsior Springs, Missouri, he graduated from Excelsior Springs High School before relocating to Joplin in 1995.
Mr. Pennick earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration and an Associate of Science in Law Enforcement from Missouri Southern State University in 1996. He continued his education at the University of Tulsa, College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor in 2002.
He currently practices law in Missouri and Kansas with the following associations:

He launched his private practice in 2007 and has remained dedicated to serving clients ever since. Originally established as Barnum, Pennick & Barton, LLC (2007–2018), the firm was rebranded as Pennick | Barton, LLC in 2018. With decades of experience and a strong connection to the region, Keith continues to serve individuals and families with integrity, clarity, and compassion.

Bradley R. Barton
Bradley R. Barton was born and raised in Webb City, Missouri. He graduated from Webb City High School before obtaining his Bachelor of Arts from Missouri State University, summa cum laude (1999). Bradley received his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Columbia (2003) and served as a Note and Comment Editor on Missouri Law Review.
Bradley is a partner in the law firm of Pennick | Barton, L.L.C., in Webb City, Missouri. Mr. Barton’s practice focuses on family law, juvenile law, criminal defense and estate planning.
